Upon the requirements of the Government of India, BMG entered into 'Transfer of Technology' and a License Agreement with Papierfabrik Louisenthal (PL), Germany. Louisenthal, a subsidiary of Giesecke & Devrient (G&D), is a recognised leading international manufacturer of banknote paper, security paper and security features. Central Banks and Government Ministries from over 100 countries worldwide trust in the high quality of their products, and since its initial launch, Louisenthal has been one of the main suppliers of paper for the Euro to the European Central Bank. Louisenthal is also accredited with a considerable number of patents for security products.

Moreover, both PL and G&D take utmost care to adhere to the European Central Bank and Government of India norms when manufacturing security products.

We, too, rely on Louisenthal - a trusted and reliable partner for new products and for long-term cooperation. Our relationship spans almost 2 decades and now, an entirely a new product partnership has been successfully commissioned at a separate production facility.
