We take pride in stating that we have been growing consistently over our entire existence, with our revenues propelling almost a 150 times over the last 3 decades. Projecting on our opportunities at hand conservatively, we are poised to further widen our business verticals, as well as enhance our revenues by another 400% by the turn of this decade.

Plant Engineering

This plant is a successful combination of Indo-German capabilities. With the machine-design approved in Germany and manufactured in India, it is one of the few installed across the globe that scores high on versatility. Being indigenised, this has considerably reduced our capital costs, consequently enabling us to offer cost-effective products and services to our customers. A technological innovation, the plant is also equipped with a climate control system to handle dust-sensitive security inks and coatings.

However, no facility is complete without the people manning it. Our efficient team with the highest level of automation not only ensures 100% inspection of the goods produced at various stages, but also maintains diligent records and proper accounting of the entire produce including scrap disposal.

Moreover, considering the nature of the product, highest level of security is maintained in and around the plant. Our plant is equipped to handle upto 150 metric tonnes (1.5 million kilometres) of security thread depending on client specifications. Also there is a confirmed plan for 100% expansion on the same premises.
