Incorporated in 1976 as a 100% export oriented unit (amongst the first few export houses recognised by the Government of India), the company diversified from hi-fashion garments to textile yarns to packaging materials to automotive components, and is now currently an established and approved supplier of security features to the Government of India and its agencies.

Born in 1997, the company currently manufactures hi-precision engineered components for the automotive sector and is now diversifying into the aerospace and defence sectors under the ‘Make in India’ banner.

AristocraftBMG

This is a horizontal and a vertical integration unit for Aristocraft International focusing on manufacture of engineered films, foils and laminates, and security inks, pigments and taggants.

As a tribute to the pioneering, innovative and creative initiatives of our founder, this organisation has been created in his birth centennial year with the primary objective to offer research and development, project and design consultancy, and incubation services for the industrial development of the nation.
