Security Products Division

Upon precise requirements of the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and its agencies, we develop security features with future ready attributes under exclusivity agreements. We take pride in stating that we have pioneered the Security Thread Manufacturing technology in India. For this, we are also in technical partnership with the global technology leader in this field.

From being a pioneering initiative to having completed almost five decades in manufacturing, it's our advanced production and logistic processes, together with our state-of-the-art plant and machinery that makes us one of the most responsive security product enterprises in India. With the dynamic backing of our collaborators and the consistent support of our customers, our production systems are constantly upgraded to stay attuned with the latest in the industry. The Security Threads Plant which is commissioned at Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh, India, with a current investment of more than 500 million rupees, is truly a successful combination of national and international capabilities. In addition to this, two more state of the art manufacturing facilities are being created for manufacturing security pigments, inks and taggants. The security pigment plants has already been commissioned.

Automotive Components Division

BMG International diversified into manufacturing precision components for the Automotive sector in the early 1990's and has been in top gear ever since. We are a tier-II supplier to the automotive industry and an OE supplier to the Sanden Vikas Group. A TS-16949 accreditation, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, a fully equipped Quality Assurance, have today ensured that the components produced here are fitted in some of the world's best-known brands of vehicles from renowned manufacturers including the Tata Motors, Suzuki, Honda, Fiat, General Motors, Mahindra, Volkswagen, etc.

In order to focus on our core growth sectors, after more than 3 decades of successful operations, we have decided to now limit operations in the automotive sector.
